• When paying through PayPal or credit card, the subscription will be automatically renewed with the same duration as the previous one. (Subscription won’t be auto-renewed if discount code is used or other payment methods are used.)
• If not manually canceling the auto-renewal of subscription during your membership, the original paying credit card or Paypal will be charged for the next subscription period one day ahead of the end of your subscription, making sure your membership is uninterrupted.
• Subscription period: 1 month, 3 months, half-year, 1 year.
• Confirm and agree. The right of adjusting pricing is owned by NoxInfluencer. NoxInfluencer will inform you of any alteration in service pricing in advance. （Informs include but not limit to website notice, Email, etc.）If you have any disagreement with pricing changing, you are allowed to cancel the auto-renewal of subscription more than 24 hours ahead of the expiration day. If less than 24 hours, you might still be charged for the next subscription period by the latest pricing and the auto-renewal will be ended until the one after the next. If you don’t cancel, the new pricing will be applied in future periods. If you subscribe to the membership again after cancellation, please take the pricing displayed as the final auto-renewed charge.
• To Cancel the Subscription, go to Payment Management (For Brands) / Payment Management (For Influencers), or Go to PayPal you paid through and cancel the certain subscription or contact the credit card to help cancel it.

After purchasing, NoxInfluencer provides an e-invoice for users to download. Membership users can access the invoice in Payment Management.

If you want to add extra information, such as company name, company address, etc., please contact NoxInfluencer with the invoice pdf and the extra information you want to add. 

If you are going to upgrade your membership from a lower one to a higher one, such as from a basic plan to a professional plan, you don’t have to request a cancellation of your current membership or a refund.

Directly purchase the higher membership that you want to upgrade to, the duration of your current membership will be automatically combined into the new one with a certain conversion rate, which is an equal-value conversion based on the price of each membership.
