You can use NoxInfluencer to send emails in batches, which can help you quickly get in touch with KOLs

Step 1：

You need to create an email task first, click “Bulk email”

After entering the email editing page, select the Recipients and Sender. For the Sender, you can bind your Business email or Gmail, or use NoxInfluencer email. When using NoxInfluencer email, you can customize the sending Email sender name and Email prefix.

Click “Recipients” to add recipients，You can choose to import the KOL you want to contact from “Resource”, “Emails Unlocked”, ” Add manually”, “Bulk Add”.If you have sent an email to a KOL, the status will be marked as Messaged. You can click on the arrow to delete the KOL you have contacted.

Step 2：

You can set multiple rounds of emails in advance. It is worth noting that the email will be sent to unreplied influencers some days after first round. The system will automatically send subsequent emails at the time you set.

You can also use variables to increase the diversity of your emails.

You can set up a scheduled sending to control when your recipients receive the email.

Step 3：

After the email is sent, we will count the email’s reach. You can directly see who has viewed the email, who has replied to the email, who has not replied, etc.

You can also make separate re-invitations for different statuses.
